I still have three Caletti books to read from forever ago, and I hope to read one somewhat soon. People cried and wrapped their arms around themselves and rocked with loss. I will warn you upfront, this book has highly mixed reviews, but after a string of no hits between me and the author Xeb Caletti, I can say with conviction that Wild Roses really moved me and stood out as a book that will hold top rank in my Foses shelf.

The characters were believable, wlld plot good, and the love story heartwarming, if initially a little hard to believe.
To summarize, I wouldn’t reccomend this book unless you’re looking for a dull, often preachy book with a terribly annoying heroine.
The second thing that really brought me down was the romance. The only reason I gave this more than one star wld because I like Cassie’s wit.
