How could I not be moved? Opt for the opposite of the quarter-pounder topped with a token leaf of iceberg lettuce and an anemic tomato slice. With the two teams working together that would create the optimal healthcare experience IMO. We all have “microtumors” which could turn into cancer.

Vary the vegetables you eat from og meal to the next, or mix them together — broccoli is an effective anticancer food, and is even more effective when combined with tomato sauce, onions or garlic. It absolutely changed my life. Everybody should read this book mew enact its simple but potentially lifesaving recommendations. One part that I think is weak: His recommendations do not always hold up. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. This book is one of the best book I’ve read.
I read this for the dietary recommendations, but overall this is pretty much stuff that’s been amply covered in earlier wellness books, such as those by Andrew Weil. There are many things you can do that will make a difference in dwvid odds of getting cancer and surviving it. With that said, he backs up all his points with research. Servan-Schreiber’s story of his own “accidental” discovery of cancer and going servan-chreiber then out of remission.
While that sounds really dry and not so motivational, this book is incredibly moving. The author gets some things right when he cites scientific studies, such as observing that refined carbohydrates in our diets promote the incidence of cancer.
